Nick Fo is the newest musical chapter for Dublin-born, Chicago-based songwriter and artist Nicola Forcier. Nicola began performing as a busker in Dublin in the early ’90s before moving to Chicago, studying music at Triton College and becoming part of the local music scene as a performer, songwriter and jam-session host. Her first album, Now and Then, was released under the name Four Twenty. Her music has since earned repeated #1 placements on N1M’s Chicago and Illinois charts, reached #15 in the United States and as high as #23 globally. With Nick Fo, Nicola brings that lifetime of songwriting and musicianship into a new electronic direction — blending melody, movement, atmosphere and new production technology with the pure joy of making music that grabs ahold of you.
